Upon admission to the State Bar of Texas in 1992, Mr. Dickey practiced primarily in personal injury, business formation, real estate, probate and estate planning areas. Since 1996 Mr. Dickey has continued to handle the business, real estate, probate and estate planning matters. However, the primary area of his practice is insurance defense litigation, related mainly to car accidents and premises liability matters.
Mr. Dickey has maintained an active trial docket of cases in the car accident, premises liability and construction defect matters. Mr. Dickey has defended multiple death motor vehicle accidents in cases for various carriers, third-party premises cases, aircraft cases, deceptive trade practices cases, and a large variety of other personal injury and civil litigation. Mr. Dickey has also handled construction defect cases. Mr. Dickey has an impressive track record in taking the vast majority of cases he has tried to favorable verdict for the defense.
